Frequently asked Questions
- Haven’t I already completed these modules within my Mental Health Lead training?
The CPD sessions are significantly more practical and in-depth than the Mental Health Lead training.
- Why have you chosen to cover the topics in more depth?
When writing the guidelines for the Mental Health Lead training the DfE prescribed a lot of coverage which meant that we were not able to go into much depth and topics were ‘skimmed’.
- What will I get out of this training?
This training will offer practical and in depth knowledge around each subject, you can find the requirements under each topic on the course page.
- I want a Diploma is this as much work as the portfolio?
No – The Diploma itself is about providing evidence of having completed the modules, rather than the very lengthy portfolio as for the Mental Health Lead training.
- How much will this cost?
There are four modules at £195 +VAT. Diploma registration and assessment fee of £345 +VAT.
- Can I just do one session?
Absolutely – you can attend any of the sessions as a one off there is no requirement to complete or pay for the Diploma.
